Would you please support My Ride to Conquer Cancer?

The bike ride is to benefit the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, the only public hospital in Australia solely dedicated to cancer. Any money you donate through me, goes to them. I'm aiming for $3,200.

Why am I doing it?

Both my Dad (Graeme Barrow) and one of my best mates (Adam McFarlane) have had cancer and fortunately came through it. Obviously the medical support and expertise they got was critical, and something I'm grateful for - I'm sure you all have your own stories, some more significant than mine. So when Adam asked me to come along on this ride it didn't take long to say yes. 

The way I see it is I get to drum up some money for a vital cause, and also get to ride with some friends for two days. Pretty good thing overall I reckon.

So what's the ride?

On October 27 from Middle Park in Melbourne to Healsville (about 100kms) on a Saturday, stay there overnight and ride back the next day on the 28th!

My personal challenge at this point wont be the riding (I'm ok there, it'll be a joy I reckon), but the minimum fund raising required to be involved. I signed up quite late and so I need your help right now to raise as much money as possible in time for the ride.
