Support My Ride to Conquer Cancer?

Welcome to my Personal Page! The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, is a cycling journey throughout Victoria's scenic countryside that I?m embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge as, after knee surgery last August, I've only ridden a few times - all be it on a new bike.

My wifes cousin Tony made me aware of the cause to raise money for Peter Mac, and it hit a nerve. My Father Charlie was looked after by Peter Mac before he passed away from Pancreatic Cancer in '89. Dad's name will be on my sleeve as a reminder and motivation to help, as I know that it will benefit people that I know &maybe even one day myself. Truth is, it could be anyone of us?

Great progress in the fight against cancer is being made by Peter Macs, and our donations will go directly to the Hosptal to help.

The aim is to raise $2,500 each rider and, as I write, I'm starting with my own donation of $500.00. Your help, even if only a few $, will help me reach the goal for a great cause.
