Welcome to my Personal Page! The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, is a cycling journey throughout Victoria's scenic countryside that many of my friends will be embarking on to fight cancer. As riding is not a particular skill of mine or something I enjoy I have decided to contribute by being a volunteer, assisting the riders to complete their challenge over the 2 days.
The Kickin Cancer Team that I am a member of have all been touched by cancer, some recently just battling cancer themselves, others losing family members and friends to it. This isn't surprising considering 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
