Support My Ride to Conquer Cancer?

Welcome to my Personal Page! The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre is a cycling journey throughout Victoria's scenic countryside that I am embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways but with my bike, my helmet and your generosity a real impact will be made!

I have lost both my Father and close friend to this horrible disease and my brother has also had a close encounter.  My wife lost a very close friend a few years ago and now has another close friend fighting breast cancer.  We both have personally witnessed first hand how much pain and suffering this disease causes and how it has touched so many lives. The courage of these people has willed me to help eradicate this diseaes by helping to raise much needed funds.

As a casual cyclist this event has given me an opportunity to help make a difference.  The ride will be "no walk in the park" I will need to lose some much needed weight as well as a  lot of training.  So please help me on my way to achieve my goal of $2,500.

Contribute to this history-making event with a donation. Funds raised in The Ride to Conquer Cancer will support Peter Mac, the only public hospital in Australia solely dedicated to cancer.
