Hi all, 

Late last year, we lost our amazing friend Bec, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Bec spent a lot of time in and out of Peter Mac, however also dedicated her time raising money for other people facing similiar situations. The way Bec lived during such a difficult time has inspired many of us to continue her fundraising efforts.

So this year, I will be partaking in a 200km ride to conquer cancer. The ride is in October, and each person involved in this ride must raise $2,500. As a team (Bec's Troops), we will aspire to raise $60,000 in memory of our beautiful friend. Too many of us are affected by the various types of cancers and this ride is a great chance to change the prognosis of this illness, and provide support to people suffering from cancer.
