Support My Ride to Conquer Cancer?

Welcome to my Personal Page! The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, is a cycling journey throughout Victoria's scenic countryside that I'm embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with my bike, my helmet, and your generosity, a real impact will be made!

Why am I doing this Ride?  I want to join Mark's team as his wife Cinty who fought cancer and to many others who are on the same page. You all may be surprised that I can RIDE a bike, not just being an experienced ocean swimmer. I can do anything to support my friends and to help prevent other families from having to struggle with this disease.

As a participant in the The Ride, I've committed to ride for two whole days in October, 2012. I am aiming to raise $2,500.00 as my personal challenge to be part of this Ride: "The ride to conquer cancer".   I am asking for your finanical support. My goal is to raise $2,500.00 and I really hope you'll help me to get there. This cause and this event are very important to me.

What have I done so far?  I had my head shaved in front of 800 students during the school assembly. I rode to Philip Island with three guys except I had a lift for 14 km due to my poor bottom couldnt handle the little seat. I'm nearly there to achieve my goal. 

I hope you can donate whatsever you can afford to meet my goal. Once I have achieve the goal, these funds raised in The Ride to Conquer Cancer will support Peter Mac, the only public hospital in Australia solely dedicated to cancer.
