Tackling a 200km bike ride may seem like a daunting task, but battling cancer will always be a greater challenge. 

Whilst many people take good health and fitness for granted, the Ride to Conquer Cancer recognizes those who continue to fight and remembers loved ones we have lost.  The funds will be used to help make sure that the next patient can look forward to being the beneficiary of an ever-more intense research effort.

As a medical oncologist at Peter Mac for the past 14 years, I am excited by the many advances in the treatment of cancer to date and look forward to continuing this progress through further research.  All our staff are committed to this goal which will inevitably result in better outcomes, improved  quality of life and provide greater support to our patients and their families.
